ATTENDEE ELIGIBILITY

Eligible conference attendees are:

  • An individual employed by a practice, hospital or healthcare system, practice management firm or other independent business entity providing current administrative management to one or more medical practices.
  • A full-time student in a college or university working toward a degree related to healthcare administration.
  • A person whose primary profession is teaching business or healthcare administration at an accredited college or university.
  • Any ineligible registrant will automatically have their registration cancelled and any monies paid toward their registration refunded.

Vendors

Any person employed by an organization offering or selling products and services to providers are ineligible to register for this conference at attendee rates. This policy provides value to those who exhibit at our conferences and financially support our member’s education. This policy protects our conference attendees from being solicited outside of designated exhibit areas while they are attending the conference.

HOTEL/VENUE ACCOMMODATIONS

Host Hotel: Hilton Vancouver Washington | 301 W 6th St, Vancouver, WA 98660

A limited number of hotel rooms are available through our group Block. These rates are available until May 9, 2025 or whenever we reach a sellout of our reserved group block, whichever occurs first.  We encourage you make your room reservation as soon as possible if you plan to stay at the host venue. All conference activities take place at the Hilton Vancouver Washington.


 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We must receive written notification of cancellation requests to main@pnwhealthcareleadersconf.com. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the registration refund which covers merchant fees and processing. We are unable to offer refunds after May 2, 2025 as final payment for conference provided food/beverage/printed materials are due to the host venue. No refunds will be issued for denied Visa Applications. Attendee substitutions are acceptable and can be requested at any time by emailing main@pnwhealthcareleadersconf.com prior to the conference.
