Any person employed by an organization offering or selling products and services to providers are ineligible to register for this conference at attendee rates. This policy provides value to those who exhibit at our conferences and financially support our member’s education. This policy protects our conference attendees from being solicited outside of designated exhibit areas while they are attending the conference.

A limited number of discounted hotel rooms are available through our group Block arranged with the hotel. These rates are available until Friday, April 17 or whenever we reach a sellout of our reserved group block, whichever occurs first. Last year, we sold out of rooms several weeks in advance of the the block closing date.
We encourage you make your room reservation as soon as possible if you plan to stay at the host venue. All conference activities will take place at the Hilton Vancouver Washington.

We must receive written notification of cancellation requests to main@pnwhealthcareleadersconf.com. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the registration refund which covers merchant fees and processing. We are unable to offer refunds after April 2, 2026 as final payment for conference provided food/beverage/printed materials are due to the host venue.
No refunds will be issued for denied Visa Applications.
Attendee registration substitutions are acceptable and can be requested at any time by emailing main@pnwhealthcareleadersconf.com prior to the conference.
