Registration Discounts Available – read below to see if you are eligible and request your code

We have conference registration discounts available for Oregon HLA Partners and Washington State HLA Affiliate Members. We encourage you to join both associations, save on your registration and enjoy member benefits for an entire year, including access to membership directories and opportunities to network with members outside of this conference.

• If you are current with Oregon Partner dues OR Washington State Affiliate Member dues at the time of the conference, you are eligible to receive a $200 discount on your registration.
• If you are current with Oregon Partner dues AND Washington State Affiliate Member dues at the time of the conference, you are eligible to receive a $600 discount on your registration.

1.   Not a current Oregon HLA Partner or Washington State HLA Affiliate Member? Join BEFORE you register for the conference to receive the discount.

2. Email main@pnwhealthcareleadersconf.com to receive your priority discount code which you will use during registration/checkout to receive your member discount
   • You must ensure you are current in your partner and/or member dues at the time of the conference to remain eligible. Unauthorized use of the discount code or failure to remain current with your dues on your part will result in automatic cancellation of your conference registration. Key Dates - Mark your Calendar

• December 16, 2024... Sponsor and exhibitor registration opens
• January 15, 2025... Register on or before this day to be included in printed attendee brochures
• May 9, 2025... Conference room block closes at the Hilton Vancouver Washington*
• May 12, 2025... Preconference attendee list released to Sponsor levels only
• May 16, 2025... Sponsor and exhibitor registration closes*
• May 19, 2025... Exhibit Hall assignments released
• June 9-11, 2025... Conference in session

*Date is subject to change pending sell out. Conference management strongly recommends exhibitors secure their registration options and hotel reservation as soon as possible to ensure there is room.

Cancellation Terms

Any company desiring to cancel their submitted commitment for this conference must notify conference management, in writing to main@pnwhealthcareleadersconf.com. An administrative fee of $375.00 is withheld on refunds plus the cost of any promotional items already purchased. No refunds will be made on cancellations after May 11, 2025.
