Any company desiring to cancel their submitted commitment for this conference must notify conference management, in writing to main@pnwhealthcareleadersconf.com. An administrative fee of $375.00 is withheld on refunds plus the cost of any promotional items already purchased. No refunds will be made on cancellations after April 15, 2026.
A limited number of hotel rooms are available through our group Block. These rates are available until April 17, 2026 or whenever we reach a sellout of our reserved group block, whichever occurs first. We encourage you make your room reservation as soon as possible if you plan to stay at the host venue. All conference activities take place at the Hilton Vancouver Washington.
