  • Sponsorships levels range from $3,500 - $10,000.
    • All Sponsor levels come with an exhibit booth.
  • General Exhibit Booth:
    • $1,900 for Affiliate Members/Partners of both Oregon HLA and Washington State HLA
    • $2,300 for Affiliate Members/Partners of either Oregon HLA or Washington State HLA
    • $2,500 for non-members/Partners
  • Can make the conference dates but still want to support the show, make a touchpoint with attendees and receive a copy of the attendee list? 
    • Offsite Sponsorships start at $1,500.

 

Registration Discounts Available for Oregon and Washington State Association Members

1)  If you are current with Oregon HLA Partner dues OR Washington State HLA Vendor Affiliate Member dues at the time of the conference, you are eligible to receive a $200 discount on your registration.
2)  If you are current with Oregon HLA Partner dues AND Washington State HLA Vendor Affiliate Member dues at the time of the conference, you are eligible to receive a $600 discount on your registration.

  3. You must ensure you are current in your partner and/or member dues at the time of the conference to remain eligible.

  • May 9, 2025... Conference room block closes at the Hilton Vancouver Washington*
  • May 12, 2025... Preconference attendee list released to Sponsor levels only
  • May 16, 2025... Sponsor and exhibitor registration closes*
  • May 19, 2025... Exhibit hall assignments released
  • June 9-11, 2025... Conference in session

Attendee Demographics

Approximately 160 medical practice executives and healthcare leaders from across the Pacific Northwest convene annually for this event. Attendees are medical group administrators, C-Suite executives, directors, clinic managers, billing managers and key team members. Attendees represent all medical specialties. Attendees hail from large to small organizations with the majority falling into the small-to-mid sized medical practice (1-50 providers). Attendees are looking to be introduced to new products, services, and technologies in our Exhibitor Marketplace.    

Dedicated Networking Time

A minimum of 6.0+ Hours of dedicated networking time between exhibitors and attendees comprised of:

  • Exhibitor Marketplace breaks
  • Reception and Networking event
  • Breakfast and Lunch with Attendees
  • Schedule a dinner or entertain attendees after conference hours
  • Exhibit staff are welcome and encouraged to participate in any of our sessions for professional development and additional networking with attendees when not actively staffing their exhibit booth

Fifty (50), 8’x10’ exhibit spaces are available for this conference

  • Full pipe and drape
  • A 6’ draped table
  • Signage
  • Two chairs
  • A wastebasket
  • Wireless internet access
  • Basic electrical power drop (powerstrip)
    • Exhibit staff registration includes all meals, and access to all conference activities on the agenda
    • A conference attendee list in excel format (provided on June 9)
      • Sponsor levels receive a preconference attendee list in excel format for prospecting on May 12
    • Conference management makes exhibit booth assignments which will be communicated at least 3 weeks in advance of the show based on:
      • Priority 1: given to Sponsors based on level
      • Priority 2: give to Exhibitors based on date of registration & payment received
